With wet hands, work the soap into a nice lather and apply to your body with a cloth, sponge or bare hands. Gently massage your skin in a circular motion for about 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. To complete your weekly self-care routine, exfoliate with your favorite B.o.T.B. Body Body Scrub 2-3 x week. It is highly recommended to use a wood or bamboo soap dish to significantly extend the life of your soap.
