Place on the shower floor, away from the heavy water stream. Let the water activate the steamer to allow essential oils to evaporate and create steam room effect and enjoy the steamy aroma and benefits of the essential oils.
Each shower steamer is approximately 3 oz. and can last up to 7 - 10. times, if kept from direct contact with water stream.
For best aromatherapy benefits, place the shower steamer on a ledge, as close to your head as possible.
